Sales Representative

 

Niscayah is looking for a highly motivated sales representative to join the sales team as the Company is growing strongly.  Niscayah is a leading global security integrator with a strong focus on services.  The Company has a significant presence around the world employing over 6,000 people with annual sales of around 8 billion HKD, providing integrated security solutions and services to various industries such as banking, retail, logistics and enterprise segments.

 

GENERAL PURPOSE

 

In this expansive phase, we are currently looking for a strongly motivated sales representative who would like to join our Sales team in Hong Kong.  As sales representative you will actively prepare and promote solutions for electronic security installations and services such as service and maintenance of future and existing security installations.  In this position you report directly to the General Manager of Sales. 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Explore new customers and build up strong relationships with corporate customers.
  • Actively promote our solutions and services.
  • Arrange meetings and sales presentations with potential clients.
  • Increase awareness of Company brand name and image through sales marketing channels.
  • Cost estimations and quotation preparations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

The following are the minimum qualifications needed; 

 

Knowledge:


  • Secondary school education or equivalent
  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in a technical capacity or business administration is desirable
  • Experience from the security industry is an advantage, but not a must
  • Previous experience of data networking is an advantage.

 

Skills and abilities:
 

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a sales position.
  • Experience of meeting and dealing with customers effectively.
  • Experience of making offers to customers.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • A good team player.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese 
  • Strong customer and results orientation
  • Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
