ANALYSIS & DESIGN 
The analysis is the first step in a new customer relationship and is also carried out prior to all major security investments at existing customers. In an analysis, Niscayah helps the customer to choose the most suitable security solution based on carefully defined needs.  The analysis includes inventory of the customer’s risk and needs, which creates the possibility of designing an integrated security solution which can evolve and underpin the customer’s future security.

IMPLEMENTATION 
The implementation constitutes the execution phase in the security solution that was created at the analysis and design stage. The implementation includes choice of products and security systems as well as installation, which varies according to the complexity of the design, for example, access control, video surveillance and intrusion prevention systems.  Niscayah can integrate existing security systems with new technology to a well functioning and customized complete solution. The customer thereby gains enhanced control over the total security and is not obliged to have contact with a number of different suppliers and technology companies.

SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT 
Upgrades and enhancements take place regularly through presence at the customer or via electronic connection. Training and security enhancing routines are included so that new modern technology shall deliver maximum customer value.  Niscayah can update the customers’ security system remotely using telecommunications or web-based solutions. Such a method of working reduces the need for work on-site and automatically results in lower operating expenses.

SYSTEMS OPERATIONS 
The customer can outsource operation and supervision of the security system to Niscayah. The security center handles the daily operation of the various security systems, receives any alarms and decides on the correct measure based on  defined action plan. It also evaluates existing solutions and proposes system enhancements.  In those cases where Niscayah has responsibility for the operational management and supervision through the security center, the customer can instead focus on the strategic security.

Niscayah's expertise spans all of the key security disciplines – CCTV, access control, intruder alarms – in considerable depth. In today’s terms this relates essentially to an ability to exploit the IT/networking capabilities inherent in the new generation of security technologies. The impact of digital processes in the performance of CCTV image recording, transmission or vehicle number plate recognition, for example, or the integration of smart card and biometric technology within access control, bring new levels of system performance, reliability and efficiency.
